Flexibility and Strength Training

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-10:30

In the Connection Zone

These are low-impact and gentle stretching and flexibility exercises to increase circulation, muscle tone, and physical and mental well-being as well as improve balance. Chairs are provided for those who may have difficulty standing.

Things needed for class:

  • Resistance bands or tubes with handles
  • Squeezie ball
  • Bottled water
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Shoes that cover toe and heels
  • Smiling faces
